First Basic Web Authoring Workshop in Quetta

Three days Web authoring Workshop was conducted on Oct 17-18-19, 2000, which was organized by Sustainable Development Networking Program (SDNP) at Quetta Serena Hotel with twelve (12) participants of different organization & government departments even from far-flung areas were selected. Mr. Nadir Gul gave an introduction & background of IUCN & SDNP & a complete understanding of Internet & its networking was introduced by Mr. Jan Mohammad.

Designing a Web page session was started through Front Page 2000, and it's different features was delivered by Mr. Safdar Hussain and the participants were taught the basic of web publishing tool ULEAD COOL 3D. Participants took great interest in all the activities of the training. The workshop was ended successfully and was very appreciated by chief guest Mr. Salem Chishti, Secretary Planning and Development Department Balochistan who also offered conference hall with PCs, in civil secretariat for other workshop.
